LUii’s Larsson on digital consumption @ the Swedish Consumer Agency

The Swedish Consumer Agency is a government agency whose task is to safeguard consumer interests. On 10 September Stefan Larsson, head of LUii and digital researcher, spoke at the agency about digital consumption, new vulnerabilities and consumer profiling.

The other invited presenters were Kristina Höök, a member of the Interaction lab at SICS and professor in Interaction Design, and Hanne Melin, Director Global Public Policy at eBay Inc. The panel discussed issues concerning views of privacy and integrity, along with technology-related disruption and re-definitions of legality over time.
